Extremely silent to operate, due to the blade fitted to an aluminium pulley with ball bearings to guarantee perfect rotary movement. Available with 250 mm blade, which is easily removed. Made in die-cast aluminium alloy, painted with food-grade epoxy powders to protect against corrosion caused by acids or salt. Slicer table, grip arm, blade cover and carriage, complete with ergonomic handle, in anodised aluminium. Professional adjustment dial for cutting thickness.
