AXIS Camera Station is a complete monitoring and recording system for up to 50 cameras.
Installed on a standard PC, it is ideal for retail shops, hotels and schools. It offers easy installation and setup with automatic camera discovery, a powerful Configuration Wizard and efficient management of the Axis network video products in the system. The software has extensive language support.

Support for H.264 video compression and camera-based alarm triggers such as motion detection, Cross Line Detection enable optimization of bandwidth and storage efficiency. Support for fail-over recording and tampering alarm in cameras with SD/SDHC card further secure system operation.

AXIS Camera Station makes it possible to view, record and export high-quality video in H.264, MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG compression formats. Support for progressive scan, megapixel and HDTV resolution further improves identification and ensures a level of image quality that surpasses that from a DVR solution with analog cameras.
Remote viewing of one or several sites
The Windows client of AXIS Camera Station can be installed on any PC, enabling remote viewing and control of one or several video surveillance sites from anywhere. All you need is an Internet connection.
