CINEMA 4D is an internationally acclaimed and award-winning application with tens of thousands of users in the fields of film, television and visualization. The CINEMA 4D Engineering Edition, with its customized interface and toolset, was developed especially for the CAx sector.

The Engineering Edition’s simplified interface and extensive libraries make it easy to use. Simply load your CAD object using one of the over 20 supported file formats, select a material and an environment and the CINEMA 4D Engineering Edition has all it needs for a quality, high-end rendering. Animations can also be created with just a few clicks of the mouse and rendered very quickly, thanks to CINEMA 4D’s outstanding render engine.

Compared to integrated render solutions, the benefits of the CINEMA 4D Engineering Edition’s high-quality image output far outweigh any extra effort that may be required when switching to the Engineering Edition to render – an effort that will quickly pay off.

In fact, this extra effort bears a major advantage: CINEMA 4D's complete functionality can be accessed by simply switching from the Engineering Edition's simplified interface to CINEMA 4D's standard interface! You can use CINEMA 4D to model or animate new objects, or take advantage of the wide range of additional modules, plug-ins, tutorials, and forums.

What's included:
The Engineering Edition consists of CINEMA 4D, the Sketch and Toon module, a 3-seat NET Render license and the Engineering Extension Kit (see info at right).

The Engineering Edition Plus consists of CINEMA 4D, the Sketch and Toon module, a 3-seat NET Render license, Okino PolyTrans and the Engineering Extension Kit (see info at right).

If you already own a current version of CINEMA 4D you can upgrade to the Engineering Edition with the Engineering Extension Kit. Note: The Engineering Extension Kit does not contain the Sketch and Toon Module or Okino PolyTrans. Alternatively, the Engineering Extention Kit Plus is available, which contains all Engineering Extension Kit products as well as Okino PolyTrans.
