The Wilson 801240 SignalBoost Mobile Professional amplifier is a 40dB amplifier suited to both in-car and home/office environments. It creates a wireless zone of usable cell signal that boosts both 3G and voice signal of all US networks (except Nextel).
This kit includes the Wilson 301125 12" magnetic mount antenna. It also includes in-car, AC wall socket and USB power adapters.

The 801240 is a wireless dual band 40dB amplifier, which covers all US networks (except Nextel) and 3G data. The amplifier is very small, designed to be transported easily. With the USB power cable it is ideal for use with laptop adapter cards.
The kit includes the 301125 magnetic mount antenna.The antenna mounts to any metal surface, and has a spring to prevent antenna damage. The antenna comes with a 10ft cable that connects to the 801240 amplifier. For more details see here.
The amplifier has three power options. It can either be powered by your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket, by your computer's USB port, or by a standard wall outlet.
The 801240 unit houses both the amplifier and the wireless rebroadcast antenna in the same sleek silver unit. It does not require any additional interior antenna. When used with an external antenna, the 801240 can provide a cell zone of wireless reception up to 6ft from the unit.
