Internal mini SAS/4-SATA PCIe controller
This mini SAS PCIe controller supports connecting up to four SATA devices via an internal mini SAS (SFF-8087) connector. The controller supports throughput up to 6Gbps when installed into PCI-Express 2.0 slots with 2 or more lanes. The small form factor of this controller allows it to fit into both standard height and low profile slots in many Desktop, small form factor system, rack mount system and various computing equipment.

- Supports 6 Gbps, 3 Gbps & 1.5 Gbps SATA hard drive
- Supports SATA I & SATA II & SATA III HDD, SSD, Optical Drive and Blu-Ray Drive
- PCI-Express 2 lanes compatible (also fits into PCI-Express 4/8/16 Lane or the graphic card slot)
- Fits standard height Desktop case, low profile PC, rack mount system and various computing equipment
- Includes low Profile PCI bracket
- Comptaible with the following Addonics Port Multiplier AD5HPMSXA and AD5SAPM
- Support maximum 7 drives when combines with Port Multiplier (limited to one PM that is set to individual drive configuration)
- Maximum one RAID volume or 7 individual drives
- Connected drvies can be set as individual drive or as RAID 1, 0, 10, SAFE or a single large drive
- RAID setting via the built-in RAID firmware utility during system boot up or via Windows utility
- Built-in RAID accelerator for fast performance
- Hot swap support - drive can be removed and added without system shut down or restart
- Simple plug and play
