The AC202 2.5" SATA external hard drive features a streamlined aluminum enclosure that is solid and facilitates heat dissipation. Its anti-shock band has been tested to survive falls from 90cm, providing perfect protection for the hard drive from accidental fall. The OTB function (Smart Copy: One Touch Backup) is another considerate design that simplifies two-way data replication between the computer and the hard drive to secure the storage of important data. The bundled software- BackupManager allows user to partition the storage space into the Security Zone and the Public Zone and share data with secured privacy. Two different appearances of AC202 are available: an elegant black enclosure with a shining golden ribbon presenting nobleness and elegance, and a stylish red enclosure with a white wave pattern, giving a sense of fashion. The capacity of AC202 ranges from 250GB to 500GB*; hard drive enclosures are also available.
A Solid and Anti-shock Design
To protect the hard drive from falling, the AC202 provides the anti-shock band and aluminum enclosure for double protection. The specially designed anti-shock band resists falls from 90cm, protecting important data from accidental falls.
Data Backup and Encryption
Besides the manual setting of data backup, the BackupManager software can also partition the hard drive into the Security Zone and the Public Zone. User can hide the private data in work time, protecting privacy when sharing the storage space. It also provides five UI color schemes for user's preferences.
SmartCopy: OTB-One touch backup
With the OTB function, user simply presses the OTB button to copy important digital files to the designated location in an efficient way. There is no need to read an instruction manual for data backup.
Elegant and fashionable designs
Two different appearances of AC202 are available for user's choice. The shining golden ribbon with Apacer logo on the black aluminum enclosure presents the most refined elegance, while a silver wave pattern printed on the stylish red enclosure symbolizes the fashionable trend.
