Apple MacBook & MB Pro Core 2 Duo 802.11n AirPort board This is a used part from a recycled computer. In the case of a functional part, it has been fully tested prior to putting in stock and is guaranteed to be fully functional.

Original internal Airport Extreme board for all Core 2 Duo models of MacBook and MacBook Pro supporting 802.11a/b/d/n standards. This board has three antenna sockets as opposed to the two on the Core Duo models as it utilises MIMO (multiple input, multiple output) technology used by 802.11n. This dramatic advancement offers up to 5 times the performance and twice the range of the previous 802.11g standard. Confusingly, Apple uses the term Airport Extreme to refer to both 802.11g and 802.11n.

Please note that although this board can be used in earlier Core Duo machines, the lack of a third antenna will limit the effectiveness of the card when operating on 802.11n.
