This is a set of 7 3mm long Phillips screws used to attach the logic board to the top case chassis in the 13" MacBook Unibody 2008 model and the 13" MacBook Pro Unibody 09/SD and 2010 models.
(the later 09 and 10 models tend to use T6 (Torx) screws, but these are functionally interchangeable).
