The battery grip is particularly convenient for portrait format pictures. You can find a trigger on it that can be reached comfortably in portrait format. The battery grip is also equipped with various additional function buttons of the camera which makes controlling the camera particularly convenient. Among others, you can also set self-timer, interval-timer and long-term exposure via the battery grip.

High ease of use
The battery grip is equipped with a rubberized surface which gives it a pleasant grip. Additionally you receive a remote trigger, which is especially ideal for long-term exposures. Of course you can also find a 1/4 inch thread on the battery grip which allows you to mount the camera and battery grip on a tripod.
