The new GRANITE construction features remarkable resistance to impacts and bumps, ideal for harsh production environments.
This big size battery pack has a very high energy density, one of the largest V-Mount batteries available on the market today, making this V-Mount battery at the top of its category. This battery pack is designed to meet the expectancies of the most demanding users and for those who want to forget about runtime issues: its abundant capacity is good to sustain a long runtime with any camera, especially power hungry HD equipment. It has no problem discharging up to 9A continuously without overheating or suffering performance losses, and is best suited for applications needing long lasting power without suffering from the slightly larger size and weight.
Featuring a 5 LED precise gauge for accurate capacity display integrated with state-of-the-art battery safety, balancing and monitoring technology and also providing digital communication with enabled devices. Furthermore, this battery provides 2 additional power outlets through D-Tap sockets conveniently located on the battery sides. These are electronically and independently protected against shorts and overload so as not to compromise the battery's main supply and provide power up to 5A. They can be conveniently used to power devices working at 14.8V nominal, or even USB powered gadgets and chargers through the PT-USB adapter.
It has IATA restrictions and can only be shipped as cargo.

We care and strongly respect the IATA requirements when it comes to transporting batteries. Towards this, we have adopted high quality individual packaging for every individual battery.
A recent addition is the CONTACT COVER (shown here) that we started including on every V-mount battery that comes out of our production as the ultimate protection against short circuit of the contacts.
This cover does exactly what it says and makes it virtually impossible for a short between the terminals to occur during transport. This is our latest enhancement in our list of safety features that give maximum protection, especially important during air transport.
We request our clients to store the original boxes and also the CONTACT COVERS so as to reuse them if our batteries need to be transported in any aircraft.
