The 2000 watt PHG 630 DCE hot air gun is ideal for stripping paint and varnish, as well as reforming, warming heat-shrinkable cables, drying filler and many more applications. This hot air gun is also well suited to soldering, welding and tin-plating tasks. This universal tool is equipped with a large digital readout displaying the temperature. DIYers can adjust the air temperature at any time with just the press of a button, optimising it for each application between 50 and 630 °C. Thanks to the integrated Bosch Constant Electronic system, this tool consistently maintains the set temperature even in varied working conditions.
- Universal tool with 2000 watts for stripping paint and varnish, for shaping and shrinking with hot air. Suitable for soldering, welding and tin-plating work
- Infinitely variable temperature setting with cold-air setting (50-630°C) via display
- Bosch Constant-Electronic: the preset temperature is kept constant electronically – e.g. for particularly precise soldering and welding work
- Control of the airflow in 3 stages
- Support surface for bench-mounted operation
- Removable heat shield for work in tight spots
- Closed handle with softgrip for convenient and safe working
The PHG 630 DCE hot air gun is especially powerful and user-friendly, with an easy-to-read digital display showing the temperature. The 2000 watt motor gives DIYers the capacity to heat and remove old paints, even on a large scale. The temperature and airflow can be adjusted from 50 to 630 °C and 150 to 500 l/min respectively, optimising the tool for individual tasks. The integrated Bosch Constant Electronic system electronically maintains the set temperature. This lets you take on soldering and welding work with precision. The Thermostop function protects the tool against overheating. The motor, however, continues to run when the heating has been deactivated. The closed handle with softgrip ensures that the tool is comfortable and safe to use.
Thanks to its 2000 watt motor, DIYers can use the PHG 630 DCE to work on large surfaces, quickly heating old paint and removing it at the same time using the scraper. The airflow produced by the hot air gun can be adjusted between three settings (150, 300 and 500 l/min) using the switch. This means that you can use the full capacity when removing paint and slow the tool when working on tasks requiring less air, such as reforming plastics. The heat shield is easy to remove, allowing you to work in tight, hard-to-reach areas as well.

The new PHG 630 DCE hot air gun offers greater safety and convenience than predecessor models. Its electronic Thermostop function protects the tool against overheating by automatically switching off the heating element if the temperature rises too high. The extra cold air setting rapidly cools the material you are working on. This hot air gun is also equipped with a closed handle with a softgrip cover, making it even more comfortable to use. The rubberised support surface at the rear of the tool provides a stable base for stationary use.
