Headset Hook. For mobile phone/smartphone holders or PDA holders. A hook for hanging a headset, portable handsfree, charging cable etc neatly in place by your holder. The hook is to be installed between the device holder and the ProClip Mounting Platform.
The package contains two hooks with different sized mounting plates. Choose the hook with a smaller mounting plate for use with mobile phone/smartphone holders or the hook with a larger mounting plate for use with PDA handheld holders.
Fits holders both with and without tilt swivel. 2 screws included in the package. Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before installing.
The pictures show installation of the hook onto an installed holder with tilt swivel, for installed holders without tilt swivel the same installation procedure applies.
1. Remove the two screws in the holder so you can remove the holder from the tilt swivel (for holders without tilt swivel: remove the two screws in the holder so you can remove the holder from where it is installed)
2. Place the mounting plate with the hook into place so the holes match
3. Place the holder over the hook so the holes match and screw the both screws back into place, locking the hook into place.
4. The hook is in place, with headset in place.
For installation of the hook onto a holder that has not yet been installed: just place the hook between the holder and the desired postition and screw the holder into place, locking the hook into place.
