<b>Product Description</b>
This well featured single gang wall plate will create one location to connect all devices being used by a presenter or teacher. The wall plate provides a single point to connect a laptop, tablet, Blu-ray, or other source device to an interactive whiteboard, projector, or other display. Rapid Run is designed to be the standard for in-wall HDMI or VGA audio/video installations. Using pre-terminated break-away flying leads and wall plates with an in-wall runner ensures flexible, efficient, high quality connections for all types of equipment, with no field terminations. The RapidRun Optical runner is ideal for high resolution displays capable of up to 4k resolution. The Multi-Format runner allows a single cable to pass VGA and 3.5mm Stereo for a clean termination. The USB pass through connects the controlling computer to the interactive whiteboard or other peripheral devices.
<b>Please note:</b>
• Some HDMI source devices are unable to output the power required to send A/V signals over the Optical runner cable which results in no image being displayed. In those instances, an HDMI Voltage Inserter (42236) may be required.
Each complete Rapid Run Optical solution requires a break-away flying lead or wall plate to terminate each end of the runner cable. Each runner requires (2) break-away flying leads OR (1) wall plate and (1) break-away flying lead.
