The space-saving design of the SELPHY ES40 makes it small enough to store on a bookshelf and operate on a desktop. Even without a computer, it can create lab-quality prints direct from a camera or memory card.
Built-in voice guidance in 7 languages
Making printing easy for younger children and inexperienced users, built-in voice guidance provides friendly assistance for printing and editing.
High-resolution 3.5” LCD
The SELPHY ES40’s large high-resolution LCD provides a clear and bright display for image and effect preview before printing.
Integrated ink and media
Media and ink are conveniently integrated in Easy Photo Packs for easy replacement and swapping between media types - including credit card sizes and postcards in colour, gold, silver and black & white.
Easy Scroll Wheel
Canon’s Easy Scroll Wheel and integrated directional buttons let you smoothly browse through images and quickly select image-editing functions.
Creative Print options
The Creative Print Button offers numerous ways to customise your photos. Create your own calendar or print layouts; choose decorative frames, or add clip art and speech bubbles to your prints. The Smooth Skin filter creates flattering portrait prints, enhancing skin tone and texture so subjects look their best.
Auto Image Optimize
For the best possible quality Auto Image Optimize detects faces in an image and corrects noise, brightness, colour casts and red-eye.
Direct Printing and Bluetooth
Direct printing options include PictBridge, for connection to digital cameras and camcorders; and slots for most popular memory card types. An optional Bluetooth adaptor is also available for printing from mobile devices.
SELPHY Photo Print software
The SELPHY Photo Print software for Mac and PC has been designed to assist users through the printing process on screen and via voice guidance instructions.

Expand your creative options - add even more content to the SELPHY ES40 via a PC using the SELPHY Contents Utility. The Solutions disk provided includes an additional 19 frames and 20 image stamps to choose from.
