NetScaler hardware appliances
Advanced NetScaler MPX appliances provide multi-core designs utilizing Citrix® nCore™ technology to provide the absolute best performance when running multiple application delivery controller features concurrently. MPX models run the gambit with Layer 4 to 7 throughput from 500 Mbps to 18 Gbps. Two of the MPX models can be upgraded to the next higher version simply by a software update for expanded flexibility and scalability. With NetScaler Pay-as-You-Grow, the MPX 7500 model can be upgraded to a MPX 9500 and the MPX 10500 can be upgraded to the MPX 12500 or to the MPX 15500 with their greater throughput specifications. Models from the MPX 10500 and up offer 10 Gigabit interfaces for smooth infrastructure integration and reduced network segmentation needs.
