The collaboration software incorporates all functions needed in the field of email, calendar, contacts, projects, documents, tasking, etc., to significantly improve communication, coordination and cooperation within your organization. These functions are modular-structured and are set up and managed via the intuitive Collax user-interface. The administrator firstly classifies the users into various groups, and then assigns them the functions they can use, on the basis of specific authorizations. The benefit: Up-to-date information for every member of staff at every work station; the Microsoft Outlook clients are linked and synchronized to the Collax Open-Xchange Server. The Microsoft Outlook client is naturally available as a user interface in addition to the Collax Open- Xchange Web-Client.
