Fat Gecko Bracket, for Smart Phones
With the Fat Gecko Smart Phone Bracket, you can now mount your iPhone, Android or Phablet to any standard 1/4”-20 photography accessory, including any Fat Gecko Camera Mount, monopod, tripod, Gorillapod® and much more. Attach your phone to capture stunning, stable photos and video footage from unique and exciting perspectives, or attach it to the inside of your car windshield for hands-free use while driving; the possibilities are endless! Utilizing four adjustable, rubber-padded grips, the Bracket securely locks your phone into place from three sides, leaving all buttons, speakers, ports and camera unobstructed. In addition, the built-in quick-release button provides quick and easy access to the holding compartment, allowing you to mount or remove your phone within seconds.
The Fat Gecko Smart Phone Bracket comes with two mounting plates that allow for either male or female 1/4”-20 attachment. It also includes a female 1/4”-20 adapter, which allow you to mount your phone to the body of the Fat Gecko Kaboom. When using the Kaboom for high-angle shots, the Bracket can be used to view and wirelessly control your mounted camera. (Note: Camera mounted to the top of the Kaboom needs to have built-in Wi-Fi. Smart phone needs to have compatible application installed on it before use)
