Dialogic Eiconcard C31-S/T (WAN + ISDN) interface cards/adapter

Eiconcard C31-S/T (WAN + ISDN) The Eiconcard C31 are intelligent multi-protocol wide-area network (WAN) interface card for PCMCIA-based systems. These Eiconcards are unique in concept, providing ideal WAN connectivity applications for:

- laptops for field engineers, including military-style rugged machines for rough environments
- embedded market, including telephone switches needing X.25 management, as well as kiosks with power and size limitations.

The Eiconcard C31 offers connectivity through V.24 and/or ISDN ports, supporting line speeds of up to 64 Kbps and 128 Kbps respectively. The Eiconcard C31 allows you to connect over a variety of WAN protocols such as X.25, SDLC, PPP, MLPPP, Frame Relay and HDLC, over leased lines or ISDN lines.

Both cards offload the equipment from low-level protocol processing tasks, resulting in a saving of valuable server CPU resources. The Eiconcard C31 works in conjunction with Eicon Networks' developer tool kits, allowing rapid application development by third parties.
