Eiconcard LAN Client V5R1 EN CD NT98 Eiconcard LAN Client / Server is a software package which alllows third-party communications programs, developed with the Eiconcard Development Suite Product, to share Eicon's WAN interface cards (Eiconcards) over both IPX/SPX and TCP/IP LANs. Eiconcard LAN Server supports Eicon Networks' SNA LAN Gateway and Connections product lines for both Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0 platforms. Eiconcard LAN Client supports Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 98 clients.

The advantage for customers is that you can write one application, run it on any LAN workstations across the network to the Eicon ECLAN Server acting as the X.25 gateway - no need for dedicated gateways per user.
