The business policies of some companies require setting up a quarantine solution if a spam filter is to be used.
The new eXpurgate Quarantine solution addresses those customers´ needs:
All e-mails categorized as "unsolicited" due to eXpurgate or user settings will be stored on a separate quarantine server.
If desired, the respective addressees will receive an e-mail overview of the filtered messages at regular, customizable intervals. Users can then decide to recover selected messages from the quarantine and have them delivered. After a customizable time span, the e-mails stored on the quarantine server will automatically be deleted.
The eXpurgate quarantine solution is available as an option for eXpurgate.Inhouse customers. The quarantine solution is highly scalable, thus being suitable for enterprises of all sizes. In the standard configuration, up to 100,000 e-mail accounts are supported. User account alignment is also supported by the eXpurgate quarantine solution, e.g. by means of LDAP / Active Directory.
