The EXIT Rapido Foot-Skills Trainer XL has a hexagon shape, thus sturdy, and it consists of a strong zinc-coated metal frame. Three boarding elements are built into the frame. The other three elements consist of a highly springy rebounder net so when you shoot against the board, it sends the ball rebounding to you faster and every time in a different way. This provides a variety of options for practicing your shooting.
