RS-232 to RS-232 Surge Protection and Optical Isolation, Black The EX-47920 RS-232 to RS-232 Isolation Adapter is designed for your PC, workstation, thin client, Notebook or server to provides instant isolation solution to the serial devices. The EX-47920 equipped a DB9 female connector that can be connected directly to the RS-232 connector from your PC. The RS-232 port, configured as a DCE port, has a female DB9 connector with pin for 3 RS-232 signal (TXD, RXD and GND) are isolated coupled to the male DB9 connector configured as a DTE port. The EX-47920 ist compatible with new and legacy RS-232 devices. It is easy to install and use without turning you PC’s power off.
