The MONO STAINLESS STEEL barbecue has a frame made from AISI Type 430 stainless steel, and has a glazed cast iron griddle, in accordance with European standards and certifications. The griddle measures 38 x 38 cm, and underneath there is a stainless steel burner with a wire pan support, meaning the MONO INOX can be used as a traditional gas cooker.

The MONO STAINLESS STEEL barbecue is approved and certified for outdoor use with LPG. The lid that comes with the barbecue allows you to cook more evenly, and as heat is refracted by the steel, cooking is also much quicker.
