The Girasole is made from AISI Type 430 stainless steel, making it more resistant to atmospheric agents and high temperatures. The brazier is equipped with an aeration system to regulate the air flow onto the fire, for easy combustion.

The flame grill is made from pressed steel, and the cooking grill is made from chrome-plated steel and is certified for foodstuffs.

A stainless steel worktop is mounted on the 4 coated steel legs equipped with protection panels.
