Modular Hot-End 1.75mm The modular Hot-End is compatible to all extruders with a 16mm mount and designed for thermolastic Materials like ABS, PLA, HDPE, PP, PE etc. with a diameter of 1,75mm.

The advantage of the modular design is the simplicity of cleaning, maintenance and experiments. The nozzle can easily changed without demounting the extruder. Cleaning or changing the nozzle take only a couple of minutes.

The thermal barrier is made of PEEK and filled with a PTFE tube to reduce the friction and adhesion of material inside the barrier. Because of this it is possible to use ABS and PLA without any problems. The heater is clamped instead of a screwmount to achieve a simple demount of it.
