The extended battery is an accessory for the GIGABYTE 10.1” Slate PC*. It provides about 3 additional hours of battery life. The battery is incredibly portable and weighs just 100g. There are two rubber knobs on the bottom of the battery to protect it from scratching surfaces when it is connected to the machine in the protector stand. The battery securely fastens onto the machine and can be released by pulling on the two latches that are on the back of the battery.
