The 1.8” (32 x 34 mm [w x h]) colour display is conveniently large and features 96 x 64 pixel, high-contrast visuals. There are four display light colours, which you can select and change according to your liking. Assign VIP call with individual melody and display colour to your favourite contacts – and choose from 20 ringtone varieties on the handset and six on the base.

The energy-saving power supply of the Gigaset A540A Trio consumes less electricity, so it’s kinder to the environment, and kinder to your wallet. Like all Gigaset cordless phones, it variably reduces the transmitting power from the handset to base station depending on their distance apart. You can also reduce the transmitting power of the Gigaset A540A Trio’s base station by 80% simply by selecting the ECO Mode. Furthermore, radiation-free ECO Mode Plus turns off the transmitting power when the phone is in standby.
