The blade core for Hitachi circular saw blades is laser cut. This gives the blade optimum
accuracy and maximal flatness. The cutting surfaces of the teeth are extra large and
brazed with an extremely hard alloy of silver, copper and nickel for extra strength and a
long service life. In addition the entire blade is given a special 3OC coating to prevent
corrosion. The arbor hole is also laser cut to give the best machine fit.
