Firstly the circular saw blades are made from hardened and tempered steel, tipped with high quality titanium reinforced micrograin carbide. The expansion slots provide cooling and prevent excessive vibration and noise. This makes working with Hitachi circular saw blades a much more pleasant experience.

Combined with extra attention to the material
The blade core for Hitachi circular saw blades is laser cut. This gives the blade optimum
accuracy and maximal flatness. The cutting surfaces of the teeth are extra large and brazed with an extremely hard alloy of silver, copper and nickel for extra strength and a long service life. In addition the entire blade is given a special 3OC coating to prevent corrosion.
The arbor hole is also laser cut to give the best machine fit.
