• Session Allocation Manager (SAM) is licensed on a per resource basis; therefore the number of licenses needed for HP SAM will be equal to the number of Computing Resources, such as an HP Blade PC, Blade Workstation, or Virtual Machine running a standard desktop operating system.


• Each Single license would allow a compute resource to be registered into the SAM server for allocation to an end user. These licenses are completely dynamic and are not locked to any specific resource.
