This service is designed for customers who need support on their IT hardware at the most affordable price. It can be purchased for existing systems that are running out of manufacturer warranty, or vendor support pack. This service can also be purchased for new systems.
Key differentiators are the UK based call centre which operates 24x7x365 and that all service levels are based on a guaranteed fix. On fixing the hardware issue, should a restore from backup be required, the engineer can initiate the restore. Additionally, in the unlikely event that a spare part is not available, a loan will be provided to ensure service level continuity.
Simply purchase the SKU relevant to your IT hardware item and be ready to provide a contact email, serial number, product model and location address so that the support record can be correctly setup.
Coverage is currently UK mainland. For any other location, multi-lingual or for a large number of items a bespoke contract may be more appropriate.

On logging of a Fault Call, We shall endeavour to respond by telephone within one hour. Should diagnosis before dispatch not resolve the fault, a service representative will be sent to site within 4 Hours of the fault being placed to diagnose the fault with a further 4 hours to fix down to module level.
