The IP810 innovaphone VoIP gateway is a scalable ISDN gateway with up to five ISDN connections. The number of interfaces on this VoIP gateway can be activated as necessary using licenses. This allows the VoIP system to be extended in line with necessity without having to exchange the hardware. If needed, the IP810 VoIP gateway can also be configured for loop through operation in existing systems or for local redundancy with two ISDN lines. The scalable ISDN gateway has a power-off loop to disconnect 2 of the ISDN interfaces. At the same time, the IP810 VoIP gateway provides a powerful hardware platform for the innovaphone PBX VoIP telephone system with up to 500 registrations.
A conference server on the IP810 VoIP gateway is able to connect up to 20 subscribers in one or more virtual rooms. The conference server is part of the innovaphone PBX VoIP telephone system and allows virtual conferences to take place with an access PIN and participants are announced as they join the conference. If necessary, it is possible to set up ad-hoc conference calls via a separate broadcast telephone number.
With its fast processor and extended memory, the IP810 scalable VoIP gateway is able to provide the innovaphone Linux Application platform. Additional applications such as the innovaphone Reporting software can be directly installed on the IP810 VoIP gateway and use the memory of the optional CF card. There is no need to invest in an additional server for such applications.
The IP810 VoIP gateway’s ethernet connection is duplicated. The interfaces can be used for IP routing or redundant networks. Power over Ethernet in line with IEEE 802.3af, class 3 provides the power for the VoIP gateway. Thus, the entire VoIP telephone system is extremely economic with power consumption below 13 Watt.
