Ab5512 2<>1 ieee1284 autoswitch A data switch which offers all possibilities of the new standard in parallel ports. This series of data switches enable you to use connected printers, scanners, etc. in the most flexible way, where you usually should create a connection on your parallel ECP/EPP port.

You can use this switch to connect several devices to your PC or to share a scanner or printer with several computers. You can also share the files in that last case.

The specialty of this switch is that it can handle all IEEE 1284 modes and levels, so it can guarantee an optimum compatability. When using longer lengths, the use of a power adapter is advised (optional).
