Remote Administration and Policy Enforcement
The IronKey Enterprise Service allows you to easily manage thousands of IronKey Enterprise devices and enforce device-specific policies for IronKey Enterprise drives on and off your network. Configurable policies include password strength, password retry limits and on-board portable applications. IronKey Enterprise further allows enterprises to define policies to permit and revoke administrative authorization.
Disable or Terminate Rogue USB Drives
A key component of the IronKey Enterprise central management framework, IronKey Silver Bullet Service, provides several options to prevent access to data on rogue devices- whether lost, stolen or in the possession of a user who has been terminated or deemed an insider threat.
-Deny - Prohibit accessing/ logging into the deviceuntil it can verify status with the management server.
-Disable - Locks out the user completely next time the device connects to an internal or external network.
-Destroy - Instructs the IronKey drive to initiate its self-destruct sequence, which destroys the internal circuitry so that even the administrator cannot recover the data.
The World's Most Secure Flash Drive
All user data on an IronKey Enterprise drive is encrypted with high-speed military-grade hardware encryption. Unlike software-based encryption, this "always-on" protection cannot be disabled and is protected against cold-boot and brute force attacks. If a thief tries to break into an IronKey Enterprise and exceeds a policy-determined number of failed login attempts, the IronKey Cryptochip will lock out the encryption functions and securely erase all encrypted data with patent-pending Flash Trash technology. IronKey devices have been validated to meet the rigorous security requirements of FIPS 140-2 Level 2.
Strong Authentication
IronKey Enterprise devices have full public-key encryption capabilities, which enable them to be managed securely and remotely. IronKey Enterprise also supports One-Time Password technology, allowing your IronKey to be used as an RSA SecurID token.
