These soft, washable sleeves isolate noise by using your ears as a sealed acoustic bass chamber. Choose the size that fits you best. You also get a functional cable clip that secures the flat cables and reduces cable noise. Finally, to pull everything together, a custom-built carrying case stores the earphones safely when not in use.
