MATERIALS
The leather used for the Brompton collection is a luxurious full-grain that is soft and smooth to the touch. The leather will age particularly well.
THE HIGHEST QUALITY
Made with high quality full grain leather, which comes from the top of the hide. It is the strongest, highest quality, and most durable type of leather there is. If you look closely on the Stanford’s surface, you’ll be able to see the ‘grain’ (the pores) of the leather, which is a marker for quality. High quality leather should form a thin surface layer that organically develops over time: it’s why Knomo leather ages gracefully.
