Out of Warranty Option - Level 3
If your product isn't functioning properly but its warranty has expired, Out of Warranty Repair offers the appropriate support. You can contact LaCie by submitting a web request to troubleshoot your product. If it is determined that the product needs to be repaired, your LaCie representative will be able to provide an Out of Warranty Repair quote. Once you agree with the quote, the representative will send you an order confirmation, and you will ship the product to LaCie. You are not charged until the product has been evaluated and it is determined that the repair is feasible. If LaCie determines that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, it will be returned to you at LaCie's expense. If it can be repaired or replaced, you receive an email to process the payment.
After you receive your product back, you will receive an additional 90-day standard warranty.
