Standard with the Lifesize Icon series and the perfect complement to the Lifesize Phone, 2nd Generation, the Lifesize Digital MicPod, video conference microphone, brings crystal-clear audio to even the largest collaboration spaces.
In addition to a pro-audio 48 kHz sampling rate, the Lifesize Digital MicPod reduces ambient room noise and features beam-forming technology that automatically steers its three microphones toward the person speaking for greater voice pickup.

The Lifesize Digital MicPod is more than just a microphone. It features three very low noise omni microphones configured in a beam-forming array that is automatically steered (pointed) toward the active talker, touch-sensitive Mute button and "Mute" and "In-Call" LED indicators. The Digital MicPod is powered exclusively through the Lifesize Phone, 2nd Generation or the Lifesize Icon Series system via the Lifesize Link connector. Both the Lifesize Phone, 2nd Generation and Lifesize Icon Series support up to two Lifesize Digital MicPods.
