Raising the bar, our «Jumper» boasts an elastomer-enclosed spring linkage. The light brush-finished aluminum 7005 frame with a large diameter oval tube is amazingly robust and the aluminum fork is fitted with «Ahead» headset steering bearings.
A standard steering damper offers safety initially and can easily be removed when no longer needed. An elastomeric spring element eliminates the traditional spring in the rear suspension. Looking to the future and taking your growing child's weight into consideration, a stronger element may be ordered. This suspension combined with the Schwalbe «Big Apple» balloon tires (with puncture protection and reflection trim) absorbs most shocks and thus also offers protection to the rider's back. The wheels, outfitted with aluminum hubs and reinforced with aluminum rims, are equipped with stainless steel spokes. Two aluminum seatposts guarantee a maximum adjustability between 34 and 47 cm off the floor.
