Traditional speakers, due to their construction, have always had a key disadvantage: the sound they emit is more or less restricted to a single direction - similar to the cone of light from a torch. This means that a perfect sound experience is possible only at the spot where the sound corridors of all speakers converge. With a point source of sound, sound is distributed spherically and evenly in all directions - to date, no manufacturer has managed to achieve this omnidirectional sound propagation.

With the Loewe 3D Orchestra, Loewe is unveiling a genuine world first. The heart of the innovation is the unique internal design of the active wireless speakers with high-quality Class D power amps: two separate bi-directional speakers inside the housing emit sound upwards and downwards. Specially shaped cones direct sound precisely and evenly around the speakers. This results is a unique, spherical propagation of sound around each individual speaker, coming closer than any other speaker to the ideal of a point source of sound. In combination with reliable wireless transmission, a powerful 80 watts of total music power per speaker and a linear frequency range from 200 Hz to 24 kHz, the system delivers a crystal-clear listening experience, at a level of perfection available only from Loewe.

This is because the exclusive Loewe 3D Orchestra speakers emit sound spherically in all directions, integrating reflective surfaces such as walls in the listening experience. Bringing you a perfect sound experience that extends far beyond a small sweet spot, filling your entire living room and creating a large sweet space. Loewe 3D Orchestra is available in several configurations. You can design the system to suit your needs, from 3.1 up to 7.1, and even extend it later if required. Increase the number of speakers depending on how large, or irregular your room is and the power you wish to achieve. At the moment, Loewe 3D Orchestra is available as an integrated system (Loewe 3D Orchestra IS). This allows it to be used in combination with the Loewe Individual Slim Frame or Loewe Reference ID TV sets. The 3D Orchestra Controller for the sound system is easily attached under the cable covering on the back of your Loewe Individual or Loewe Reference ID and connected to the digital system interface (DAL). The Stereo Speaker is automatically controlled as the centre speaker within the integrated system.

Unlike traditional systems, the Loewe 3D Orchestra speakers do not need to be arranged in parallel pairs or even positioned at the same height. You can place them wherever you like in the room, coordinating them with your furnishings - thanks also to the reliable, wireless sound transmission.

Loewe 3D Orchestra offers genuine 3D Sound all around the room – whether your room is large, small, square or irregular. This is because the system controls each speaker individually, coordinating them very precisely to create a consistently perfect result. The starting point is an automatic measuring process carried out by the system. All you need to do is set up the measuring microphone in your living room, a one-off operation. The microphone should be positioned in the middle of the room, not at your favourite armchair. The system uses the special triangular microphone and a run-time analysis similar to GPS to measure the entire room, rather than focusing on your preferred seated location.

Experience perfect wireless 3D sound thanks to a perfectly coordinated audio signal chain: from the input on the TV set to the wireless transmission of the audio signal to the speakers, sound is processed in the highest digital quality and with no loss. In the integrated system, the slim Loewe 3D Orchestra Controller is attached easily under the cable covering on the back of the TV set and connected to the Loewe Digital Audio link system interface of the Loewe Individual Slim Frame or Loewe Reference ID. The audio signals are then transmitted wirelessly and without loss to the Loewe sound components.
