Our factory reconditioned machines are units that have been returned to us and inspected by our technicians. 70% of returned units are absolutely fully functional and returned due to buyer's remorse. Once they are returned and shipped back, they sometimes get damaged in transit by UPS. All units are tested and restored to proper working order with replacement of parts wherever necessary. Some of these units are new and only tested by us while some may have been used and/or have dents/scratches. In order to offer the lowest price to our customers, reconditioned items are sold with no refund.
