2-year Extended Hardware Service for Surface RT incl. Accidental Damage Protection

While Surface devices come with a standard hardware warranty, you might want to consider purchasing the Extended Hardware Service or Extended Hardware Service + Accidental Damage Protection to protect your investment. Plans are available for both Surface Pro and Surface RT devices and extend the hardware warranty up to three (3) years.
Option 1: Extended Hardware Service
Protect your investment by purchasing an Extended Hardware Service Plan for your Surface devices to extend the standard warranty for up to three years
Option 2: Extended Hardware Service + Accidental Damage Protection
Make sure your Surface is protected from accidents that arise through regular usage by purchasing the Extended Hardware Service + Accidental Damage from Handling, which includes:
- Extended Hardware Service plus coverage for drops, liquid, electrical surge, battery failure or other accidental breakage.
- No deductible for accidental damage1 from normal wear and tear
- Repair or replacement through to Advanced Exchange. When you report an issue with your Surface device, we will send you a replacement device immediately prior to your return of the faulty device.

1 No deductible applies to a maximum of two claims per year, and includes defective battery replacement for the original rechargeable unit supplied by the manufacturer of Your Product with Your initial purchase. You are limited to one (1) battery replacement during the term of this Service Plan; Cosmetic Damage is not covered under this Service Plan.
