MRi -PCI4S/R interface cards/adapter

The MRI-PCI4S/R RS-232 serial card leverages the Plug & Play capability defined in the PCI 2.2 bus specification. This card implements four 16C550 UARTs containing 32-byte FIFOs. It has a clock-multiplying feature allowing the board to achieve data rates as high as 115Kbps. The high clock speeds and deep FIFOs will greatly reduce CPU overhead, making this card an ideal choice for heavy multi-tasking environments.
