PCI 2.2 (RS422/485) Dual Serial adapter @ Isolation & Surge Protection
This 2 Port PCI Card provides 2 RS422/485 serial ports with the benefit of optical isolation and greater protection from electrical current surges.
Configurable as RS422 with and without hand-shaking, or RS485 full or half duplex. The MRI- PCIDS/4xx/IS/R has the benefit of isolation and surge protection on all lines. Optical isolation provides greater protection from electrical current surges to both the card itself and the PC. It improves noise immunity by isolating the PC from the card’s transmit ground.
