The fully dimmable OSRAM HALOPAR 16 can be simply operated on line voltage and is ideal wherever installing transformers would be prohibitively expensive or impossible. There is a choice of reflector – either the faceted aluminum reflector or the decorative shimmering dichroic reflector.
