Fermenter – is a needed device, it won’t be gathering dust! Thanks to its three modes, it will find itself a good use. "Fermentation" mode - for the preparation of sour dairy products, including yoghurt and yeast dough.
The "Wine / Tincture" mode - to prepare young wine, tinctures and other alcohol-containing beverages.
