800m, 1100mAh, 20mW, LCD BC-5800D is an upgrade and further development of our most popular model to date, BC-5500A. BC-5800D has been given a more modern look as well as many improved features. Where BC-5500A is transmitting analogue signals, BC-5800D is digital (similar to our top models BC-6500D/BC6900D). The digital technology provides a 100% noise-free transmission of sound without interference as well as good sound quality and improved microphone sensitivity. Battery life is significantly increased from a maximum of 27 hours (BC-5500A) between charges to 80 hours between charges.

This model is designed specifically for the Nordic environment, and is one of few baby monitors offering temperature indication and adjustable temperature alarm down to -19°C
