The BB-HNP11 recording software has been designed to work in conjunction with Panasonic IP network cameras. Sophisticated but simple to use, the BB-HNP11 software creates a centralised control panel for network cameras and permits the recording of image and sound from a maximum of ten cameras. Furthermore playback of recording is made faster with the aid of keyword and date searches. Resembling the functionality of an alarm system the recording software can be setup to record when it detects motion from moving objects or people. Timer recording is also possible with this software where the user can specify a time and date to begin and end a recording.
The efficient BB-HNP11 software is flexible in the sense it has no maximum capacity for data storage and depends solely on the capacity of the hard-disk the PC has installed. If the hard-disk does reach its maximum capacity the BB-HNP11 software will simply overwrite older data using disk space more effectively and avoiding down-time. The software can also be set to save data to another memory location at specific times to provide a means of backup in the system.
