VIERA remote 2
VIERA remote 2 is a free app, available for download from any iOS or Android app store, that lets you use your smartphone or tablet device as a remote control for the TV, allowing you to not only change channels, inputs and adjust volume, but also adjust settings like Color, Brightness or Contrast. It also lets you use your mobile device as a second screen to view personal videos or pictures loaded to the TV via SD slot or USB port. Now you can share content with friends and family on your mobile device, even while broadcast programming continues to play on the big screen.

This measurement is based on the time taken for the brightness of the panel to reduce to half of its maximum level. The time taken to reach this level may vary depending on the image content and the environment where the TV is used. Image retention and malfunctions are not taken into account.

Smart VIERA HDTVs are engineered to be eco-responsible. They conserve energy by automatically adjusting brightness depending on room conditions, and by powering down after brief periods of inactivity.
