This balance board combines balance exercises and concentration training with playful elements.

Exercise 1:
The cups should be placed on top of each other while sitting, kneeling, or standing. This is not really a problem, if the plate on which the cups are placed would not be whipping back and forth. The more unsettled the stand, the larger the challenge. It is possible to mount the plate at two different heights creating various degrees of difficulty.

Exercise 2:
Who will manage to whip the suspended mini-basketball in the corresponding next smaller “cup.” The cups are suspended from the plate with their openings pointing to the top.

Exercise 3:
Who will manage to circle the ball like a propeller? Awesome tasks which balance or skilled shifts in body weight can solve.
